Pro Bono Services
At this time, all of our pro bono therapy slots are currently full. We understand the importance of accessible mental health care and want to support our community in other ways.

We are still offering reduced-rate sessions at $65 for individuals and $95 for couples, available on a limited basis.

If you’ve landed here, chances are you’re feeling stuck, disconnected from your partner, or weighed down by all the unspoken stuff sitting between you — the arguments that never seem to get resolved, the cultural and family expectations you can’t quite explain, or the ways you’ve started to feel unseen in your own relationship. It’s heavy, and you’re probably exhausted. I get it.

As a person of colour, I’m passionate about supporting BIPOC, interracial, and intercultural couples and individuals because I know how layered and complicated relationships can get when you’re navigating love, identity, family, and cultural expectations all at once. You deserve a space where you can show up as your full, unfiltered self — no code-switching, no shrinking, no need to explain why certain things hit harder.

My vibe is calm, compassionate, and real. I’m not here to judge or tell you what to do, but to be alongside you while you unpack what’s really going on underneath the surface. Whether you’re trying to repair your connection, figure out who you are in a world that hasn’t always made room for you, or just survive the next hard conversation with your family — I’m here for it.
